|The following is a reference/historical list of the 70mm first-run engagements of “Hanover Street” in North America. These were full-frame (2.20:1) prints blown up from anamorphic 35mm photography. The audio was Six-Track Dolby Stereo (“A” encoded, single-surround). The Columbia release — directed by Peter Hyams and starring Harrison Ford, Lesley-Anne Down and Christopher Plummer — opened on May 18th, 1979. |
