Cinema Retro Magazine, and web site, is a long time friend of in70mm.com. in70mm.com have collaborated with Cinema Retro Publishers Dave Worrall & Lee Pfeiffer, on several article during the past 13 years.

Issue 38 just arrived in Copenhagen with a wealth of information about films from the '60s and '70s.

Cover story this time is a spectacular 17 page special about "The Dirty Dozen" from 1967 written by Brian Hannan. The classic WW2 film was blown up to 70mm, and presented as a road show feature - the tag line was: "Presented in Spectacular GIANT SCOPE of 7OMM"

Cinema Retro Publishers
Dave Worrall & Lee Pfeiffer:

Thanks to our loyal readers, we've made it this far even in an era in which print magazines seem to be going the way of the leisure suit. Then again, Cinema Retro is unique, which may explain why our readers are so loyal. No other magazine centers specifically on the great Golden Age of film making: the 1960s and 1970s. Our 12th season will be as exciting as ever, with exclusive interviews, rare photos and insightful columns about classic and cult movies that virtually no one else covers in this kind of detail. CINEMA RETRO: the Essential Guide to Cult and Classic Movies is a 64-page full colour magazine - now in it's 12th year of publication - devoted to those great films of the 60's and 70's. Every photo-packed issue features:

Major in-depth look at a classic film or film series.
Cinema sirens and hunks: photos of those delicious sexy actresses and actors whom we all long to see again.
Reproductions of some of the greatest movie poster art of all time.
Exclusive interviews with actors, producers and directors from films of this period.
An international team of film scholars and journalists brining you classic movie news and articles from around the globe.

Each issue is a limited edition collector's item- published in England but available worldwide. This is not an amateur fan magazine. Rather, it is written by recognised writers in the field of film criticism as well as from the vantage point of the actors, producers, directors and technicians who were a part of this wonderful era of film making. To ensure you receive each issue of this magazine, you must be a subscriber. Cinema Retro is a premium-priced magazine designed for readers who take their moves seriously. You will not find the latest film news, gossip or rumours. You will find insightful and fun articles regarding classic and cult movies, in-depth interviews and some of the rarest photos imaginable.
